Tantra customer data is hosted in India. We process it to provide the cloud ERP (GST billing, inventory, payroll, and related modules) and related support, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
Where Your Data is Stored
Production customer data is stored in India-region cloud infrastructure. We use India regions of Microsoft Azure and/or Amazon Web Services. We do not keep Tantra customer books in a non-India region.

Key Assurances
Personal data does not leave India unless Indian law requires it or you give explicit consent for a specific transfer.
Global routing
DNS and similar routing services may be global by design. They are used to reach the service; they are not where we store your invoices, stock, or payroll records.
